How Do I Place An Order?

*Typical Custom Order Must be Placed Two Weeks in Advance of Expected Shipping. Everything is Done Soley by Hand. (Finding the perfectly shaped rock(s), painting the rock(s), and packaging the rock(s))

Payment and Shipping

At this time KILLAROXZ and KILLAROXZ.inc is accepting limited payment options: Cash, Money Order, Check, Paypal (upon request only - Email for details), Etsy (upon request only - Email for details). Shipping will be included with final purchase price and subject to addtional fees based on order preferences/requests/necessary means i.e.; express delivery, giftwrap, rush order, size of order, additional package insurance, etc.

Returns & Refunds

Returns are subject to art supply fee/shipping fee. Only the estimated amount of the art itself will be refunded upon dissatisfaction of final product. Final product must be shipped back to original destination and customer(s) will NOT be reimbursed for returned shipping costs. KIllAROXZ & KILLAROXZ.inc is not liable for damaged products due to shipping or lost packages.
